Plantronics T10 / Headset TelephoneStrengths: Comfortable Weakness: Although the T10 has a volume control it could use an amplifier Good quality product. The headset is comfortable and I sometimes forget I have it on. On rare occasions I do wish it had an amplifier (some people just don't talk loud enough). I am very happy with mute function although several times I have hung up the call as the buttons are very close together Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Good phone, good price
Strengths: good sound, microphone works well, lightweight, price.
Weakness: none
i like this phone a lot! i use it for work and it is very comfortable. i prefer it over the cordless because i have a wireless network on my computer and I'm afraid of interference. also, I'm at work for 8 hours and i don't want to have to worry about the battery dieing on me. i recommend this phone to any one that works at home or who is on the phone a lot. i really can not think of anything that would improve this phone.
