Strengths: Worked as advertised

Weakness: Didn't work long enough

Unit is user friendly. I didn't have to break out a manual to get things rolling. Indiglo light gave out after about six months. Unit is no more than a watch after one year. Chest strap transmitter required four battery changes in one year. Now with new battery, doesn't give accurate HR info, watch doesn't pick it up.

Would not reccommend.
