Strengths: huge energy boost feel it working gains instantly in terms of mass and definition longer more productive workouts

Weakness: feel you need it for every workout tingling and heat flash when using upsets stomach

This product does exactly what it says it will, but I am a little afraid of the overall side effects. The energy and pump it gives is better then No Explode but it is a hard sup to come down from. It works but you should beware of how it makes you feel and use accordingly.
