Excellent performer

Strengths: Quiet, 8 disk SAS II 6Gbps backplane, Solid construction, Prewired, 3 full length PCI-X slots

Weakness: Needs to add 2 more internal fans, Fan-0104L4

We have been using this chassis for our commercial workstation deliveries for a year and 1/2. We have had no failures. Fans are very quiet but when running in quiet mode (set in the BIOS) or adding a large number of disks you will need to add 2 more internal fans. You will need to add to memory, video card, K/M, CPUs, disks. Fast striped sets(+300MBps) can be setup using the newer 15K RPM SAS II enterprise drives. Weight out of the box before any add-ins is +70lbs. Solid construction. Rackmount kit available.
