Their return policy states they accept returns but take 30 days to process them. I waited over 45 days and they still did not provide a credit or update. I had to email them multiple times to get a credit. When you email "Customer Service" you are emailing a bot. They scan your email for keywords and reply with a standard form email. Then you have to email them again if you didn't get your question answered. I had to go through this process a few times before anyone actually looked into the return that that did not process. I am quite sure that they would have waited forever to issue a credit to me. They clearly did not keep their promise of processing the return within 30 days. When I did get a credit, they had deducted charges from the credit with no explanation. I still have no idea why the refund is the amount they sent. Also, they have now barred me from ever ordering again. I thought they accepted returns??	Overall Rating

Technically it's legal, because they tell you how to unsubscribe in EACH email, and they adhere to the letter of the law by (supposedly, although I am still getting spam from an order I placed over 20 days ago) removing you from their mailing lists within TEN DAYS. I'm not sure why think their customers are stupid enough to believe there's any justifiable reason for it to take ten days for a computer to change a simple setting. Don't bother emailing support asking to be removed more quickly. I tried that, and the customer "care" representative pretended not to understand, stating that he had removed my (already-removed) email address. He also reminded me that it would take up to ten days for the change to take effect. Of course, the support email was ALSO laden with promotional offers.	Overall Rating

I called customer service and they said that the website was a mistake and thanked me for bringing the error to their attention. I told them I wanted to get my two free products. But in order to send me my free products they wanted my credit card again. I told them that since they had messed up the first time why should I give them a credit card for something that is suppsed to be free. They gave me a stupid story that they could not ring up transaction without a credit card. So, they never resolved my issue. I hung up out of frustration. I could have bought the product cheaper at walmart in the first place. THE BOGO was a trick to bring me to website. They were not even nice about how they treated me. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company ever again. Careful what you buy on this website.	Overall Rating
