I had no trouble with this vendor. I completed my order in minutes, and they processed my order in 24 hours. 6 days later, I recieved my shipment. I would order from them again.

The first time I attempted to place an order it took several hours because "the system was down." Now that a corrected order has been placed it is taking an unreasonably lengthy time to process and ship. Dealing with them has been a truly insulting and degrading experience.
I would neither make another purchase from this merchant, nor would I recommend a friend do so. Their customer service representatives could barely follow along with me as I read them my order number. They also have serious issues with order receipt and processing. UPDATE: I recently received a $100 gift card and enthusiastic apology letter from FinishLine. Thank you! Will update again after my next purchase...2ND_UPDATE: It is now December. I tried to use the card and it was dead. After jumping through hoops with the ridiculous excuse for customer service they deactivated the card. A month ago a rep ordered a replacement but still haven't received it.
