Reviews 		I've purchased from them a number of times, always "white box" OEM stuff. Quality isn't "top tier" but it's pretty good and very inexpensive. I mostly get cell phone headsets, which I tend to lose or break relatively often so inexpensive reasonable-quality replacements are the only way to go for me - why would I spend full price on something I'm going to need to replace again in 6-12 months? Anyhow, the products always come well packaged and for the cost you can't beat them. Overall Rating

Reviews 		I bought from CellPhoneShop before and usually my experience have been pretty good. I searched pricegrabber for the H790 and I got a list of merchants. I chose CellPhoneShop because they had the best price and free shipping. When I finalized my purchase my shipping cost was 4.99 it was not free - also most site will let you know ahead of time if you have to pay shipping. Unfortunately CellPhoneShop does not, the only way to find out if you have to pay shipping is to press the buy button/submit. I will come back with review for H790 when I get it. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Battery sent would not fit in my Blackberry 8830 (too thick) even though the packaging said it would . Obviously a cheap rip-off product. Requested and RA from vendor, did not even get a response. Contacted Paypal and got a 100% refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SKEEVERS! Overall Rating

Reviews 		Beware! Order was received quickly, but if you have to return the item don't hold your breath for a resolution. They have a 14 day no questions asked return policy. I returned my order well within the limit and they received it two days later. That was two weeks ago and despite a number of emails and one phone call requesting the status of my refund, I am still waiting. Most of the customer reviews I have read must be from people who have not had to deal with a returned item. God forbid if you have to return something. It's ironic how they can charge your account within two days, but take over two weeks to credit your account. Right now I am wondering if I will ever see my refund. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Though they are selling it at less price but would suggest don't go through this provider. I purchsed one Bluetooth from this and 1. They took 6-7 days to deliver 2. It was not packed well and product looks like refurbised. 3. Even Product is not working properly. 4. In site they have mentioned that battery will run 200hr in stand by but it goes off in 8hr.
