I had to chat regarding my password and the woman (Barb) who helped me was excellent. She solved my problem quickly. I could not use both of the items I ordered and they were very good about returning the item that I did not use. The customer service personnel are excellent. Overall Rating

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.FALSE ADVERTIZING. They dump unwanted inventory on you! Ordered one product and received a diferent looking one. Contacted customer service and realized the staff did not know their website content. They offered to replace product with one I have ordered. When pakage arrived one week later, IT WAS THE SAME WRONG PRODUCT. Now they tell me the product was discontinued and I and my customer are stupid for not understanding this. Spent hours on the phone at no avail. They DUMPED their unwanted inventory on me. Now I am stuck and I lost credibility with my customer and good references. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I would not give 1 stars to this company one stars means it did something proper. The order came to me broken it then too 2 months to find out I was waiting for a credit and the I had to re order, Returns do not happen automaticly you have to followup with the company, to find this out. I was told orginally they would ship me a new fan I still have the email I finally called after the I was not recieving responses from my emails and was told a new story that would take another month I asked to talk with a supervisor that was 3 days ago I sent a email to the president three days ago as well. I woulod not recommend this company to any one I found the same fan at another site same price but better service. who would you use? I know it will not be venting direct. Overall Rating
