I had an email confirming the order and the delivery date. The day before it was scheduled to arrive, I received an email to call about the order - I was then told that the watch would be dropped shipped by the supplier, but that it wouldn't arrive until after Jan. 1st since it was back ordered. Since this was a key Xmas gift, this was completely unacceptable - I canceled the order.	Overall Rating
