They don't respond to phone messages or emails, and only very rarely answer the phone. When they do answer the phone, they either lie about following up with you, or refuse to make it possible for you to speak with anyone else. Two weeks after my purchase they still had not sent me a notification of shipping or updated my order status from 'Pending.' A rival company filled my order within 24 hours and I received it a few days later.	Overall Rating
