I called to verify that the part I was ordering was available as I need it shipped same day for overnight delivery. We had trouble with the credit card processing (it kept coming back that the billing address was not valid.) Ian went above and beyond by even calling our credit card company when I asked him to, to have them remove the multiple pending charges. Thank you Ian!
