Reviews 		Horrible. It took more than 2 months to ship an item their salesperson had assured me was in stock and would ship on in 7 days. I emailed their support after 25 days and received no response. If I hadn't been busy with my wedding I certainly would have cancelled the order. Take your business elsewhere. Overall Rating

Reviews 		I ordered a Harper Ultra lite Hand truck and it was shipped from Wichita KS and it arrived missing one wheel. I called Robert in customer and in a few minutes he had one overnighted to me. I received it the next before 10:00AM. I am moving this weekend and needed the hand cart. I will order from this company again. Thanks so much for the great service!!!!! Overall Rating
