Reviews 		place order link kept freezing. had to log in and out several times to get my order to go through. usually do not have problems with this site though. The only time I ever needed to return something to this site, it was because a lid was broken in shipment. They wouldn't even let me return it. They just sent me a new one and then credited my acct $5 for the inconvenience of having to wait. Love this site! Overall Rating
