I am very impressed with the QUALITY, and particularly pleased with the original Movado packing and warranty info. I received the watch in 5 business day (and that was standard shipping). Best of all, Jomashop has a "Holiday Return Policy" which allows purchases made from now thru December to be returned up to January (most competitors didn't offer this). Jomashop has my vote! After being passed around to different operators and being put on hold they would not simply send me new boxes, but required me to return the damaged boxes at my expense, they refused to let me speak with a supervisor and wouldn't explain why the boxes are used when the site says all products are new. I was a little concerned about the negitive feedbacks I saw, but then I thought that with the prices they offered they were probably swampped with orders. I saw the same watch in Bloo*ingdales for $695, and I paid $384 including tax. The shipping was FAST they gift wrapped it and it was done nicely. i WILL order from them again!!! God bless you all!!! The first business day after Christmas, with no watch in hand, I called them for a status on my order. To my surprise, I was told that "It will be shipped out this week... we just received them"! I explained that I called the order in and received verification that they had the product and I'd receive it well before Christmas. Their response was: "Well... what do you want to do?" I called to make sure the watch was in stock. The watch is brand new with everything included, i.e. instruction manual, original box, serial no. etc. I looked at and tried on the watch at a local store and the only difference I can see is that Jomashop is 29% cheaper. As for the warranty ,if Suunto won't honor Jomashop purchase,OH WELL. If I need the warranty I won't buy another Suunto anyways	Overall Rating
