Customer service very poor post purchase. "Live Help" seems never available. No follow up e-mails other than intial order confirmation. Status of order very vague ("Processing") with no indication if item was shipped. No tracking number sent, even with FedEx. Items ordered 2nd day delivery were not shipped until a week after order date and only after several telephone calls will long (~10-15 minutes) hold times. Never received a response to e-mails to customer service.
