Their subcontract truckers do not notify you about delivery and do not listen to instructions. They give you times like "some time during the day", but then they do not want to leave it with front desk, even though you requested so. In absence of their comms, your follow-up calls end up with "call tomorrow". It seemed I finally got some response, because esportsonline dispatcher actually did act when I rang AGAIN,and she confirmed the delivery with the truckers. Alas, front desk awaited to tell me that item was too big.Esports sent 8'x5'x4' chin-up frame ASSEMBLED to private residence.Item which is made disassembled,always.At this point, I decided to just go to the truckers depot and disassemble it there myself, put it in the car and drive it home. Summary: $175 freight paid for $360 item which took 10 days to reach me from a source which is 4-hour drive away. I will spend 5 hours driving to depot and disassembling it.Dozen phone calls.
