I often don't provide follow-up feedback but wanted to be sure to share my shopping experience with others. I placed 3 significant orders during this period for high-end bathroom fixtures which totaled over $5,000. One order was done 100% online with prompt follow-up by customer service on shipping intervals for the different items. The last two orders were quoted & processed through the QB sales as the products were not listed on their website. All items arrived in perfect condition except an American Standard undermount sink. QB had arranged for a replacement which arrived in 2 days. Do not hesitate to shop at QualityBath.com -- excellent product selection, prices, prompt delivery, and service! Overall Rating

Reviews 		I ordered a whirlpool from QualityBath and had an excellent experience. My plumber recommended that I use them as he used them before. I'll never go anywhere else now after my experience with them. Another company told me it would take 6 weeks to receive my tub while QualityBath delivered within 2 weeks.
