I was very dissappointed on getting charged two times for shipping. One for regular shipping and the other for making sure it gets to the location on time, I think this is a big rip off and should be noted before check out. I feel that the Care and Handling fee is a bit overboard considering you already have to pay tax and shipping fees. I also could not get to the site that refunds the care and handling fee. Overall Rating

Shipping cost was misleading. I paid $11.99 for standard del. then another $9.99 for Sat. delivery. Thats on top of the standard del. so $22 to deliver. Another $2.99 for (care and handling) then tax on the whole charge!! So,$50 flower cost me $85. Overall Rating

it was avertised that the vase was free but i wasnt clear that the one in the picture wasnt the free one .. also the shipping very upsetting that it cost more to ship it within 24 hours of purchase. I will admit i'm thankful for being able to purchase through the company but see there could be improvement. I guess i'll have to wait and see what the flowers look like before i can actually judge if i will use them again based on so far not sure i will. Overall Rating

The 'standard' shipping rate was added at the very end of the transaction. A shipping rate of £4.99 was shown on the calendar when I placed the order - however it was not AT ALL clear that this was an additional cost to the standard shipping rate of £9.99. This retailer is completely hiding their shipping rates. Overall Rating

I ordered the flowers and my total was $56 and change. I went thru the process and had to move delivery date to a day earlier which added $4.99 guaranteed May 11th date. I never saw my total until after my order had been placed. I was stunned that my order turned out to be $85.00 dollars. You charged $14.99 for delivery and $4.99 to guarantee a may 11 delivery, plus other fees. This was very expensive and had lots of hidden fees that you don't know about until the order has been placed. I will not order again. Overall Rating

Disgusted by the underhanded way in which the company waits until you have entered all your information, including credit card number, then hits you with a huge delivery charge AND separate handling charge. Completely dishonest. Oh, sure, you can qualify for some scam rebate on your shipping by signing up with another service that will flood you with emails and makes you jump through hoops to get a rebate but who has time for that. Your prices are good. Due to past experience, I expect the merchandise to be good, but your ordering system is frustrating. I do not like giving all my credit card information, ship to info, etc. before I am allowed to find out the total of my bill, in particular, shipping costs. Shipping costs are a major factor in whether or not I choose to purchase an item from a website. I like to easily compare prices, including shipping, before making a purchase. With your site, I could not do that until the Review page. Fortunately, your shipping was reasonable, but I very nearly decided to go back to your competitor's site where I could see the shipping up front well before I took the time and effort to enter all the information your site required before seeing the bottom line. I would hesitate to go through that process again. Too much time and effort to waste should the shipping cost be prohibitive. Overall Rating

My final cost was double the cost of the product. Of course I expected to pay something extra. I thought 12.99 was rather steep for delivery, but decided to accept it. Only then did I see they added another 4.99 for rush delivery and 2.99 for handling. Why do they have to do this kind of fleecing? Why can't they tell you up front exactly what the cost is? Because they knew I would have walked away - I definitely would have had I been told it was going to cost double. They got me - and offer no way to undo the order........grrrrrrrrr!!! Overall Rating

Provide Commerce has several website brands, each have different pricing gimmicks to get your money but all the same bottom line. The outrageous saturday shipping charges are ridiculous ($21.99 for a $29.99 Cookie order?? Plus an additional $21.99 for flowers going to the same address!!!! so total over $40 in shipping and BS Handling charges!!!!). I can only imagine the amount of profit they make on this scammed shipping and handling cost. I called customer service and they were horrible as well. This was the worst experience i have ever had with them and i can assure you it will be the last time i buy from this group of overpriced people!! Overall Rating

I am really angry right now, because the way the site advertised through HULU was that I'd get 15% off of my order AND a free vase. I bumped up my smaller order to 2 dozen roses since I thought the vase would be free and considering the 15% discount. Then I looked at shipping and they listed 5/11 as "$4.99", which I assumed was what it cost to have it shipped this Friday. No, that was IN ADDITION to another shipping charge that was probably hidden somewhere in small type on the page. Then there was tax, and some "handling" fees, and also, they did charge me for a vase!!! After advertising the free vase would the code. My order was supposed to include a glass vase anyway (2 doz roses), so I'm totally confused. A flower order that I thought would be under $40 dollars ended up costing me over $50. I should have known it was all too good to be true. I've used proflowers in the past, but after this, I won't be using them again in the future! k Biscone Overall Rating

Several negatives. The graduation bear was not available, which was perfect for my niece, so I ordered a succulent garden. I was sent a 10% off any ProFlowers card (anniversay of first order) which I never did see how to apply or use. Tried to enter the day's special code, "prohugs" which wasn't accepted, either. The site acted as if I was a new customer, which I'm not, so had to reenter all the data. Called ProFlowers and was told by customer service, basically, tough. Sorry. Can't do a thing to get you your anniversary discount or any other. This was within seconds of placing the order. FrustratingI Overall Rating

Started with a LivingSocial Deal. The deal proflowers had was worse than all the deals they advertise on TV and Radio, so that was the first problem. Secondly, I got to the final check out page, decided to hold off on my order. I received an email saying to go back and order and save 10%. Went back to finalize my check out and waht do you know? New charges of Vase handling fees that add back up to that 10%. Dont offer me a discount to go back, then add on BS charges to even it out to the original price. Treat your customers with respect and dont pull the bait and switch. The only word of mouth advertising I will be spreading about ProFlowers will be very negative. Overall Rating
