I have placed all of my orders with your company. Each time I have had something wrong at CHECK OUT. this time it was your shipping again. It explained that I could pick which day to have my order shipped. It said either THURSDAY OR FRIDAY FOR $4.99. I picked FRIDAY, 11 May 2012, but when I checked out it said STANDARD SHIPPING $9.99. Between my delivery being botched, the wrong flowers being sent, purchasing flowers on the web at web price only and then being charged full price and having to call every time to fix it, I have yet to have a good experience. But I keep coming back. This may be my last time. I believe in second chances and simple/honest mistakes, but I think I ave had enough. I hope these problems are resolved for other customers that have had similar situations. Thank you for allowing me to write this review. I hope my MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS SHOW UP ON THE DAY I REQUESTED. I had an email, stating that I could get free chocolates and vase for this order. Great! But I could only get both things free, on one certain arrangement. WHICH was advertised for everyone.!! Then I had a 10% off coupon delivered by mail. I went into that web side, only to find If I used that coupon I would have to give up the vase and chocolates? Very confusing. :( Just trying to save money since shipping is 13.61!! . Thats after I changed the date and saved 4.99. Overall Rating

The site is well laid out, attractive and easy to navigate, ordering was fairly straightforward and easy. However, the merchant lowballs you with attractive prices at the outset, then tacks on rather expensive shipping and "Care & Handling" charges at the end, these combined were almost as much as the merchandise. Also, many of the items are pictured in upgraded vases or with additional items which incur, yes, more charges. Additionally, if you enter a savings code into the site while shopping, and if you are not very observant towards the very end of the checkout you do not enter the same savings code AGAIN, you will be charged FULL PRICE for your order! I find these types of practices very deceptive and misleading, caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware! Overall Rating

It took me nearly 1 hour to order flowers which is absolutely ridiculous!! Right before hitting confirm order I noticed the price was $30 more than it was on the previous screen. If it wasn't for the fact that I double checked the order I would have paid way more than I thought. THen with it being Mother's day you throw in a bunch of hidden shipping charges!! WTF? I ended up canceling my order and picking a cheaper item. If it wasn't for the Groupon that I had I wouldn't even had ordered from you after I noticed the price increase, I would have went with a different company. Needless to say I will not order from ProFlowers again, I do not like being scammed! Overall Rating

Your flower specials are very expensive by the time you add taxes and delivery fees. I have ordered from you on many occasions and usually disapointed with the cost by the time I place the order. Eventually, I will use another service, it would be nice if some of you specials included free deliveries. I do not want sign up for other accounts just to get delivery specials for your purchase. It appears there is a double charge for standard delivery and care & handling. What is the difference. Delivery and car and handling is the same. The next rebate would be good however did not like they wanted a credit card number, WHY? Realy can't rate product becasue flowers have not been delivered. I have used Pro Flowers in the past and have always had a good experience with them- last year I had a problem with my order and the rep that I called was EXCELLENT. "Shipping & handling" is usually one fee. The "shipping" is one fee, then, before you can see the actual total, you have to click confirm order. It's only then that you see an additional :care & handling" charge (in my case $3.00) I will definitely look elsewhere for flowers since I won't know a real total until after an order is submitted. Very easy only complaint is that they do not tell you about the cost for "shipping" ($9.99) and extra "handling" (add'l $2.99) until you have checked out, so my $29.99 flowers end up costing$47.28 and that's with standard shipping, no extras...and this included a "free" large vase which adds "$1.63" to the standard shipping.... Our coupon told us we would receive a free vase as well as 15% off the total order but we only got the 15%. We were charged for the vase! Also, shipping price was not clear. We expected the total to be about $40 and it ended up at $52. The final total break out didn't come up until you completed your transaction. We will never order from Pro Flowers again! My husband listens to the radio on his way to work each day and you advertise often which is how he remembered your name. on front page it specifically says 20% off easter orders of $29.99 or more, free shipping etc. It wouldn't take EASTER to receive 20% off nor did I receive any shipping discount, in fact, it charged x-tra shipping which I had no clue until the order was charged and confirmed. I needed to send this today otherwise I would have cancelled order and reported this to better business bureau, I could have done better with another provider.
