Reviews 		The reviewer who complained his order took over 40 days and 1-starred this company is ridiculous. Cigar international is a stellar company that tries to do its best to keep people up to date on their products. I had cigars come in wrapped/tapped bags and in sealed boxes, varying on what I ordered. I followed the suggestion to LET THEM RELAX AND DESTRESS IN THE HUMIDOR FOR AT LEAST THREE DAYS after receiving them, and now I can't even tell which were sealed and which were bagged. Awesome, AWESOME company. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Not my usual place for ordering cigars online, I found CigarsInternational when my normal place was out of the cigars I wanted. I was happy to find that CigarsInternational was cheaper and so I took a chance and ordered from them. Wow! Faster, cheaper, just better. My ordered arrived on a Monday when I was expecting it on Wednesday, I got twice as many cigars for the money and was overall very impressed. I will not shop anywhere else now, CigarsInternational is my new goto guy for cigars online. Overall Rating

In over a dozen transactoins they have always been prompt in delivery, accurate in billing, easy to do business with and their pricing is very competitive if you know what you want and what it should cost. It has been 40 days (and counting), and I still have not received the cigars I ordered, which were supposed to ship in 10-14 days. I called Cigars International today, and they informed me that the cigars were not in stock and they had no way of knowing when they would ship. Other than wait, they said my only option was that they could take 5 cigars from a larger box and send them in a plastic bag (instead of the sealed box of 5 I had ordered). They are dishonest in their advertising and have no respect for their customers. Overall Rating
