Tiger Direct kept sending me boxes taped shut with nothing more than packing tape. Intel said new boards should be in cellophane. Ten years ago I would have said Tiger Direct is the first place to go for your computer needs. At this point I would now recommend anybody else. Retailer Response (05/23/2012): We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience in the matter, please be advised that our warehouse will not open an item prior to shipment of the item, all items are shipped as received from the manufacturer or their third party vendors. Our records indicate that we have issued you a RA for the return of the item and also a UPS return label, please feel free to return the item to our warehouse using the label provided in order to return the item for a refund as requested. Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience in the matter and hope this incident will not change your opinion of our company.	Overall Rating
