However, I called customer service on Wednesday and spoke to Billy. He was very helpful and pleasant and I actually received the correct item the very next day! So in spited of the original error, I still received my product quickly. I ordered the Anit Elf Dog costume from All Pet Furniture, a CSN store, and found it to be good quality and exactly as advertised. The size chart helped me get the correct size. Thank you! Plan on doing business with them again - as I am going to buy a fireplace. I did get my fireplace - however, it had to be assembled, which was not what I expected. However, my other order that I placed on 10/18 before the fireplace has still NOT been delivered. So the days to deliver the fireplace was OK, but the first order is still not here and it is 10/28 now, and in their summary of my order, it said it would be here by now.	Overall Rating
