Reviews 		HAYNEEDLE IS A DISASTER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! My wife bought an OVERPRICED $200 wooden box from them that came unfinished and unassembled. It was made out of the cheapest flimsiest wood you can find and when I was assembling it with their horrible directions the crap wood split when I tightened the screw. I complained to them and first they said they'd send a new box but then sent only a piece, which was the WRONG PIECE. Then they harassed me to send the broken piece back or they would charge me for the replacement piece. Horrible quality merchandise and terrible customer service. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Order a Christmas present on 12-14. Site said it woul dbe delivered 12-23. 12-23 site updated the shipping information to 12-29! Too late for christmas!! Customer Service was a joke. Told me they would check on bettering the delivery and would call back yesterday. Did hear back from them until 12-24 via email saying there was nothing they could do to better the delivery. I will not order from these people again! Overall Rating

Reviews 		I'm now on my third try to get a working product from this store. The first one broke within two weeks after I received it, and the replacement was delivered to the wrong address. I originally ordered a patio umbrella on June 15, and the estimated delivery date for my (second) replacement umbrella is OCTOBER 2. What's the point of a patio umbrella in OCTOBER!?! Incredibly poor service. Buyer beware. Overall Rating
