It appears that you are being given the shipping costs much earlier and you have the impression it is no charge only to find out at the end what the cost for shipping actually is. Retailer Response (05/16/2007): Customer places order on 4/25/07 at 9:09pm. Advised the customer via email that we were currently out of stock on the specific item that he had placed, to speed up the process we had the item shipped direct to him from the manufacturer. The item was shipped on 4/30/07, which is three business day late. We notified the customer in 5/3/2007 that the item had shipped and provided the UPS tracking #. The package arrived the next day. Tried to call customer twice at the given phone number to discuss the matter further, but got no answer.	Overall Rating
